The Oakland shed is also easy to modify. So, if you want to paint the walls or drill holes, you can make the inside work to fit your needs exactly. It also has built-in ventilation that is located on the gables on both the front and back sides of the shed near the roofline. The storage shed is lockable (with the addition of your padlock) and even has a floor as well as a classic peak roof. Assembly Instruction
1. Please check your local HOA policy to ensure that it can be built.
2. Requires two person to carry product.
3. When installing wall panels with a kicking action, press firmly downwards to ensure the bottom of the wall panel fully inserts into the ground slots. As shown in the video, once the bottom of the wall panel aligns perfectly with the ground, proceed with the kicking action.
